    1 egg
    1 whole wheat toaster waffle
    1 tbls salsa

Directions

Crack in a small bowl, stir well until yolk and white are well blended, and microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds or scramble in a pan. Prepare waffle according to package directions. Top with egg and salsa, cut in half and stack.
