IntroductionSpanish Rice My Spanish Rice My
2 cups long grain rice
10 oz chicken broth
1 med onion diced
1/4 c diced red pepper
2 small tomatoes diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
Add rice mixture, tomatoes, oregano, salt , broth and water to rice cooker or pan with lid. Cover and cook approx 20 minutes. Serve warm. Can store and reheat the next day.
