Roll of A Lifetime Lunch - Abs Diet

Ingredients

    3/4 cup diced pre-cooked chicken
    2 Tbls diced onion
    2 tbls feta cheese crumbles
    1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
    1 large whole wheat tortilla
    1/4 cup salsa

Directions

Arrange chicken , onion, cheese and lettuce down center of tortilla. Roll tightly then cut in half. Place rolls seam side down on a nonstick skillet heated to medium heat. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve with salsa.
