Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, .8 lb
    Coca-Cola Classic, 8 oz
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Beans, pinto, 1 cup
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1 cup
    Diced Chilies, 4 serving
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Onion powder, 1 tsp

    Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick spray
place steak rounds on bottom of pot
Pour coke cola over the meat
Sprinkle with black pepper & onion powder
Drain the beans and pour them in
Scoop in the diced chilies
Pour in the stewed tomatoes and ensure they're submerged in the coke
Cover & set on Low

Wash and dice up four medium potatoes, place in a one gallon zip lock back, add two tablespoons olive oil and one packet of Ranch Seasoning mix. Close and shake to coat. About half an hour prior to dinner, heat a pan on the stove top and fry up the potatoes.
