32 oz fat free refried beans
8 oz cream cheese
10 oz diced tomatoes w/ green chiles
10 oz cheddar cheese
cover w/ cream cheese (cut into small pieces)
pour tomatoes & green chiles over top
cover w/ cheddar cheese
bake at 350 for 30 min or until hot & bubbly.
Serve w/ tortilla chips or tortillas
Makes roughly 14 1/2 cup servings.
A very filling appetizer, side dish, or even a main dish!
Make it lower fat & lower calories by substituting reduced fat or fat free cream cheese and cheddar cheese!
