    16 oz Neufchatel
    1/2 cup splenda
    2 TBL Splenda Sugar-Blend Brown Sugar
    2 TBL Cornstarch
    1 Large Egg
    1/4 Cup International Delight Almond Joy
    1 Cup Pumpkin

    Add Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste - start with 1 tsp. You can also just add 1 tsp Cinnamon. The Splenda Sugar-Blend Brown Sugar might also be enough for the spices.
