"Un"Fried French Fries

Introduction

Great way to have your fries and not the guilt! Great way to have your fries and not the guilt!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 medium potatoes
    1/4 cup Fat Free Italian salad dressing
    1/4 cup reduced fat grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 425.

Wash potatoes, pat dry. Cut into 1/4 inch wedges and place in large bowl. Add dressing and cheese, coat potatoes completely.

Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Spread potatoes on pan - single layer. Bake 12 - 15 min. Turn potatoes over and bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes or until they are golden brown and desired crispness.
