Makes 12 Servings

2 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 T Low Fat Sour Cream
Black Paste Food Coloring
1/2 t Chives minced
1/8 t Garlic Salt
1/8 t Parsley fresh
36 Ritz Crackers
18 Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
18 Large Pitted Ripe Olives
72 Chive pieces (about 1-1/2 inches long)
Mince the fresh parsly and chives. Set aside.
Cut cherry tomatoes in quarters for the wings.
Cut large olives in halve widthwise for the head.
Cut chives into 1 1/2 inch pieces for the antennae.
Place each in seperate bowls and set aside until ready to use.
Let the low fat cream cheese soften to room temperature. Place it in and the low fat sour cream in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
Spoon out about two tablespoons of the cheese mix into a small bowl. Add black food color, mix and place in a zip lock sandwich bag.
Add the garlic salt, the minced chives and parsley to the cream cheese mix to the mixing bowl. Mix well.
Spread the cream cheese mix evenly over each cracker.
Place two tomato quarters on each cracker to form the wings.
Place one of the olive halves on each cracker to form the head.
Insert two chives into olives to make the antennae.
Create a mini pastry bag by snipping a tiny bit off the edge of the bottom of the sandwich bag that has the black tinted cream cheese in it.
Make a hole just big enough to pipe out tiny little dots to finish decorating the ladybug wings.
