Beer Chili with a Kick

Ingredients

    8oz - Ground Chicken - Cooked (1 package, 8 oz)
    1 pepper - Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (small)
    1 pepper - Bell Pepper, Green (Medium Raw)
    1 pepper - Banana Pepper
    1c - Onion, Raw (red)
    1/4c - Tomato Sauce
    2 Cans - Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1 Can - Beans, navy - drained
    1 Can - Light Red Kidney Bean - drained
    1/8c - Brown Sugar, unpacked
    1 bottle - Regular Beer (12 fl oz)

Directions

Brown Ground chicken with peppers and onion.

In a dutch oven or a crockpot, combine all other ingredients with chicken except brown sugar. Make sure to drain beans. DO NOT drain tomatoes.

Let cook on medium-high for at least 1 hour or until beans are softened.

Prior to serving or storing, add 1/4c of brown sugar to sweeten taste. Stir and let simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
