Cabbage & Noodles

Introduction

Delicious as a side dish or to double up as a yummy and comforting main dish. Also great for New Years! Delicious as a side dish or to double up as a yummy and comforting main dish. Also great for New Years!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Egg Noodles
    Onion
    Cabbage
    Chicken Stock
    Country Crock Light
    Salt & lots of pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onion in country crock, add in cabbage and 1/2 cup stock. Let it cook down a little while and add additional stock to steam the cabbage. In the meantime, cook egg noodles until about 2 minutes til al dente. Drain and add to cabbage mixture to finish cooking and letting the flavors blend. Season to taste and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 4 side dish servings or 2 main dish
