Ingredients

    3/4 cup Plain or Vanilla Soymilk
    1/4 cup Lite Lemon Yogurt
    1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries, No Sugar Added
    1/2 packet Splenda or other no calorie sweetener
    Optional: 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder for Protein Boost

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth. Serves 1.
