Ingredients

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tblsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup egg beaters
Directions
Heat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Pour into greased round layer pan, 9x11/2 inches. Bake unto golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Serve warm. 12 servings.
