Nilla Apple Crisp

Introduction

From Kraft magazine. I calculated the nutritional info with 1/2 cup quick oats, but the recipe called for 1/3 cup. So the nutritional info is just a tad bit lower than it says, I'm sure. Ingredients

    4 granny smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon (???)
    4 T butter
    1/3 cup Quick Oats
    24 Nilla Wafers - Low fat, crushed

Directions

Toss apples with 1/4 cup brown sugar and set in a square 8 or 9 inch baking pan. In medium bowl combine 1/4 cup brown sugar with quick oats and melted butter and nilla wafers and spread on top of apples. Bake it at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with Whipped cream if you'd like. Nutritional info does not account for this, but you can add it if you like :-)
