IntroductionServe with warm scones and jam. Serve with warm scones and jam.
1 c Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream
1 c Heavy Whipping Cream
2-3 Tbls Sifted Confectioner's Sugar
2. If you prefer a sweeter cream, add sifted powdered sugar to the mixture.
3. Pour into a glass Mason Jar and seal. Leave mixture on countertop at least 4 hours.
4. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks, until ready to use.
Serve with scones and/or tea cakes. Also great on pancakes, waffles and coffee cake!
