Ground Beef Skillet Paprikash

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, cooked, .5 cup, diced
    Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp
    Ground beef, lean, 24 oz
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 4 tsp
    Salt (1 tsp)
    Sour Cream, 1.25 cup
    Paprika, 4 tsp

Directions

Saute onions and celery in il for 5 minutes. Add beef, cook and stir until browned. Drain off excess fat. Add tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce and salt. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and paprika. Heat. Yield : 6 portions.
