Easy Low Carb Chicken Wraps

Introduction

Ingredients

    3 ounces of baked or steamed chicken breast
    1 low carb tortilla wrapper (6.5")
    1 Tbsp (1/2 a serving) of Spicy Ranch Dressing
    Shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup
    Shredded lettuce 1/4 cup
    4 grape tomatos sliced into halves

Directions

Steam chicken in a rice steamer. Shred and roll into steamed wrapper that has been coated inside with dressing and layered with other ingredients.

Sour cream mixed with ranch powder can be substituted for a low fat option.
