So quick and simple, yet incredibly tasty!! So quick and simple, yet incredibly tasty!!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Salmon (14.5oz can)
    3 Eggs
    ~1/2 a sleeve Saltine crackers, crushed
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    Paprika (it reallys adds to the overall flavor)
    Garlic powder
    Salt & Pepper

    Lemon juice for drizzling

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except lemon juice, form into patties, and pan fry.

Serving Size: Makes 5 large patties
