Teri's Yummy Crockpot Pork Chops

Introduction

This is a moist, tasty pork chops that the entire family will love!

I use the Costco pork chops which are super thick. If you are using smaller cuts, you can 1/2 the sauce recipe.

Serving suggestions: We spooned about a tablespoon of the sauce on each pork chop when served. This goes great with brown rice and broccoli.

Ingredients

    6 Pork Chops, top loin
    1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
    1/2 cup light brown sugar
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup water
    2 TBSP honey
    1 TBSP ground ginger

Directions

Place pork chops (I did mine frozen) on bottom of crockpot. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over pork chops. Cook on low for 6 hours.
