This Butter Sauce is also great over rice, pasta or poatoes.

Ingredients

1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 small re onion, chopped
1 tsp. rubbed or ground Sage
3 lrg. cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Parsley, dried or 1/4 c. chopped fresh.
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
4 3oz pork loin chops
Directions
In heavy skillet, heat olive oil & butter, sprinkle chops with salt & pepper & cook till browned. Set aside & keep warm.
In the same pan, toss the onion & garlic- cook about 4 min. till onions are translucent . Add the sage & parsley stirring to prevent burning. Place chops on top & cover with lid, lower to simmer temp. & let re-warm for 5-10 min.
Sauce may be used over the chops or over potatoes, pasta or rice.
