Slow Cooker Mexican Pork Roast

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 -2 lbs. Pork Roast, Shoulder, trimmed
    15oz can Black Beans, rinsed
    10oz can Enchilada Sauce, green
    4oz mild diced green chilies
    1 fresh pablano pepper
    1/2tsp Hungarian Paprika
    1/2tsp Celery Salt
    1/2tsp Cayenne pepper

Directions

Place meat and pepper in the slow cooker and add seasonings over the top. Add beans, sauce, and chilies. Cook on low 4-6 hours or High 2-3 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1/2-cup servings
