Introduction

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Beef, tenderloin, 3.5 oz
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic Minced, 1 tsp
    Ginger Root, .25 tsp
    Water, tap, .5 cup
    Corn Starch Tablespoon, .33 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash

Directions

Slice beef in thin slices. Add 1 scant tsp of soy sauce and 1/4 tsp minced garlic or to taste. Marinate few minutes.
Slice onion and fry in small fry pan until carmelized or tender. I do use a small dot of olive oil so it carmelizes.
Add beef to pan with onion on medium heat. When the beef is just about done, add one cup of fresh broccoli trimed and cut into bit sized peices.
Stirfry for about 2 minutes until desired tenderness is achieved.
Add water mixed with 1/4 (or to taste) tsp minced garlic, 1/8 tsp minced ginger and 1 tsp to 2 tsp corn starch.
Deglaze bottom of pan with spatula to mix into the sauce.
Serve immediately. Salt to taste.
