kidney beans cooked, 2 cup
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
1 cup choppedgreen peppers
*Balsamic Vinegar, 0.5 tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Garlic, 1 clove
Olive Oil, 1 tbs
chop the garlic clove into two halves and add them to the beans and then add vinegar, salt, and chili powder (optional).
add the oil and mix it on low heat till it is done (5 - 10 minutes)
u can add some tahini at serving and parsley for decoration.
