1 14 oz can creamed style corn
1 med egg
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
pepper to taste.
4 pieces aunt millies 35 calorie potato light bread, or your choice.
add pepper. place into small pam sprayed cassorole dish. Tear 1 slice of bread and put on top of corn mixture. With your finger, put the butter on a teaspoon and drop a dab of butter on top of the bread. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or till brown on top. serving size is 1/2 cup, 4 servings.
calories per serving is: 135 fat grams: 1 carbs: 30 and protein is 3.5 I make this for family gatherings and holidays. enjoy
