1/4 C Butter, Melted (I always Use Margarine)
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 Cups Italian Salad dressing
4 Fillets red drum
2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter on low heat; cool to room temperature.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the cayenne pepper, black pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt. Set aside.
3. Dip the filets into the melted butter, then coat with the seasoning mixture.
