Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Apple, Dried, .5 oz (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 1 stick (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked (remove)

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together first. Make sure you mix up the flour and spices BEFORE adding the dried apple or if you want nuts.
In separate bowl
Soften butter in microwave (do not melt)
Mix the butter and sugar together until blended and "smooth"
Add the first egg and remix.
Add last egg and Vanilla extract - mix into batter.
Fold in the flour and blend together until into a dough.
Put in non-stick baking loaf pan
