2 T flax seed meal
2 T parmesan cheese
1 egg white (large egg)
1 t garlic powder
Peel and slice zucchini into strips like french fries.
Mix flax seed meal, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in a shallow bowl.
Put egg white and 1 T water in another shallow bowl.
Dip the zucchini in the egg white and then into the flax seed mixture.
Place on a baking pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake 15 minutes, flip, and bake another 10-15 minutes.
Makes 1 serving = 160.7 cal, 7.6 g fat, 13.5 g carbs - 6.8 g fiber, 12.8 g protein
