T's Easy Crab Salad

Introduction

An easy anytime salad that wonderful at lunch or dinner. You can add albacore tuna, sauteed chopped shrimp & red sweet bell pepper, and/or fine chopped tomatoes. Or, you can simply have the crab only, either way......mmm.... mmm

An easy anytime salad that wonderful at lunch or dinner. You can add albacore tuna, sauteed chopped shrimp & red sweet bell pepper, and/or fine chopped tomatoes. Or, you can simply have the crab only, either way......mmm.... mmm

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    6.4 ozs Imitation Crab Meat (any brand)
    1/4 cup Kraft mayo w/olive oil
    1/8 tsp old bay seafood seasoning
    garlic and onion powder

    Optional----1/2 can white albacore tuna, 2 ozs sauteed shrimp and sweet red bell pepper (chopped), 1/2 small tomato (chopped)

    NOTE-- this is a low in calorie salad, but high in sodium

Directions

In medium bowl, chopped crab meat, add mayo and seasonings, mix well

Chill at least 1 hour and serve.

Serving Size: makes 3 1/2 pocket pita sandwiches or 3/2oz scoops with crackers
