Introduction

Quick & tasty recipe for one person! Quick & tasty recipe for one person!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    10 asparagus stalks, trimmed to 7"
    2 - 1second sprays of PAM Olive Oil Cooking Spray
    1 tbsp diced onions
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1. Prepare asparagus stalks by trimming to 7" length
2. Heat skillet on med-high, spritz with cooking spray
3. Add all ingredients to skillet
4. Stir-fry for a minute or two to brown the onions.
5. Cover, reduce heat and allow to steam for a few minutes (approx. 8-10 mins) until vegetables are crisp-tender. you may need to stir occassionaly.
