Introduction

Quick ,easy and hearty soup Quick ,easy and hearty soup
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1/2# ground beef
    1/4 tsp salt
    dash pepper
    1/2 c sliced celery
    1/4 c chopped onion
    1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning (not figured in nutrition)
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 c. cooked ditalini
    1 can (8 oz) kidney beans (undrained)
    1 can (8 oz) tomatoes, diced
    2 T chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 cans bean w/ bacon soup

Directions

Season meat w/ salt and papper; shape into 24 small meatballs (1 1/2"). In large saucepan, brown the meatballs and cook celery, garlic, onion and Italian seasoning until tender. Spoon off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Heat, stirring occasionally. Serve with grated parmesan cheese if desired. makes 7 1/2 c.
