Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, .5 lb
    Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Baby Peppers (Red & Orange) 3 peppers per serving, 4 serving
    Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place beef in bottom of pot. Score beef top in a cross hatch pattern. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.
Pour in a cup of water.
Season beef with a dash of black pepper and onion powder.
Wash and cut up scallions; sprinkle over meat, spreading/pushing into score marks the scallion bits.

Wash and cut up potatoes into eighths. Place potatoes in a gallon size zip lock bag.
Wash and dice green pepper and baby peppers, add to bag.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic to bag.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil to bag.
Add packet of Italian Seasoning mix to bag.
Close bag and shake/coat everything.
Pour contents of bag over meat.
Cover and set on Low
