Cabbage/Savoy Soup Low sodium

    32 oz. pork cut up small
    1TBSP black pepper
    3 TBSP canola oil
    1 small head cabbage
    1 small head Savoy cabbage
    3 raw carrots sliced
    16 oz. bag frozen corn
    3 cloves garlic smashed and cut up
    2 med onions cut up
    64 oz. water
    4 TBSP Herb- Ox sodium free bulion powder
    1 14 oz can No Salt Added tomatoes
    1.50 tsp No Salt salt substitute


cook pork, onions and garlic in pan until done. Add water, cabbage and bouilon cover and cook for 30 min. Mid to low flame.
Add corn and tomatoes cover for 15 min.Add No Salt and pepper to round out.
