Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 2lbs
    Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
    Tarragon, ground, .75 tsp
    Lawry's Season Salt, 2 tsp
    Parsley, .25 cup
    Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 small, diced
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.75 cup

Directions

Combine beef, chives,tarragon, salt, parsley, scallions,tomato, and egg. Mix well.
Shape into 12 equal balls. Flatten each into pancake shape. Divide cheese into 6 piles. Press cheese together. Place 1 pile of cheese in the center of 6 of the meat pancakes. Place second burger pancake on top. Press edges together to seal. Cook 5 min on each side.

Serving Size: Makes 6 Patties
