Ingredients

    Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Vanilla, .25 cup
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 cup, fluid
    Mascarpone Cheese, 4 tbsp
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, .25 cup
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp
    Artificial sweetener, 3 packets

Directions

Prepare pudding using heavy cream as liquid.
Place mascarpone, pudding. ricotta, and extract in a bowl and whisk together.
Other flavor puddings can also be used.
