Heavy Whipping Cream, .75 cup, fluid
Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 2 tsp
Artificial Sweetener, 4 tsp packet
Soy Flour, 2 tbsp
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
no sugar added crunchy peanut butter (peter pan), .5 cup
Pecans, .5 cup, chopped
Spray a cookie sheet with oil substitute.
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Blend well.
Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls.
Bake for about 10 min.
Serving Size: Makes 40 cookies
