Introduction

Chia seeds are a complete protein and they are so immensely filling! This curbs my dessert cravings as well as keeping me feeling full for a nice long time! Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Chocolate
    Chia Seeds
    Honey
    Cinnamon
    Vanilla extract

Directions

In a medium bowl add chia seeds to almond milk and stir really well (the seeds tend to stick together).

Fridge for 10 minutes.

Add honey, cinnamon, and vanilla and stir really well.

Pour into serving size appropriate bowls, cover with plastic and fridge overnight.
