No-Bake Protein Bars

Ingredients

FOR BARS:
Quaker Instant Oatmeal Regular 8 packets
Whey & Soy Protein Powder 6 scoops
Almond Butter (Crunchy), 4 tbsp
Chia Seeds, 4 tbsp (in 1 cup water stir well to create gel)
For TOPPING:
Toll House Chocolate Chips (minis), 4 tbsp
Brummel & Brown Spread,1.5 tbsp
Agave Nectar (amber), 1 tbsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
Knead all ingredients for BARS in a large bowl.
Line 7x10.5 Pyrex with wax paper.
Spread dough into dish first using hands then smoothing over with a spatula.
Combine all ingredients for TOPPING in bowl and microwave for 1 minute then stir.
Spread topping over mixture in Pyrex and cover with plastic wrap.
Freeze for 30 minutes.
Lift wax paper out of dish onto cutting board and cut into bars.
Wrap individually in plastic and refrigerate for snacking on later!
