Crock Pot Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

    3 cans of cream of chicken soup (98% Fat Free)
    1 cup of water
    2 cups of instant rice
    1lb of chicken breast
    1/4 cup of celery chopped

Directions

Mix water, soup and rice together in crock pot. Top with chicken and celery. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on high for 3-4 hrs or on low for 6-8 hours.
