Chocolate Protein Bars, version 2

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup oat flour
    1 serving protein powder (I used 3 scoops - 1.5 serving)
    2 tbsp cocoa
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    4 egg whites
    1/4 cup honey (original recipe asks for 1/2 cup ideal)
    8 oz Berry baby food
    4 oz water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in medium bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Spray 8x8 pan with nonstick spray and pour in mixture.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 16 squares
