    1lb ground Chuck 80/20 or higher
    1lb ground turkey
    1 onion chopped
    1 bunch celery chopped
    3 cans NAS chili beans
    2 12oz cans tomato paste
    1 28oz can stewed tomatoes
    1 jug V8 spicy hot low sodium
    2 6.5oz cans mushrooms
    2 jalapenos chopped
    2 beef boullion cubes
    chili powder and hot sauce to taste


brown meat w/ onions, celery, and jalapeno's
rinse meat
add rest of ingredients and let simmer
