Ingredients

    * Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    * Pineapple, fresh, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    * jalepeno, fresh (one pepper), 1 serving (remove)
    * Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)
    * *Fresh mint, chopped, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia) (remove)

Directions

chop all ingredients except lime and mix in a bowl. squeeze lime juice on salsa and stir.
