Ingredients

    1.5 Lbs Lean ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 cloves garilc, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Olive oil
    1 can (28 oz) Tomatoes pureed
    1.5 cups water
    2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. brown Sugar
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp ground pepper

Directions

Place the meat, onions, garlic and oil in a large sauce pan and cook untie the meat in done. Drain any fat.

Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 1 1/2 hours until flavors are blended.

Serving Size: about 3/4 cup sauce
