LC Crock Pot Jambalaya


Number of Servings: 8


    *1 can diced tomatoes, 7 serving (remove)
    *whole onion, raw (1 onion), chopped
    *Green Bell Pepper (Whole Pepper), chopped
    3 celery stick, chopped*
    *Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, 16 oz (remove)
    Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove)
    Cajun seasoning, salt & pepper to taste3 bay leaves
    2 lbs shrimp, sheeled and deveined.


Combine all ingredients except shrimp in crock poy, cook low for 6 hours or high for 3.5 hours. Add shrimp and cook extra 45 minutes on low.

** can add whatever seafood or leftover meat you may have on hand.

Serve over rice- nutrition count does not include the rice.
