15 oz part skim ricotta cheese
1 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
2 large egg whites
4 cups of fresh zuchinni
1 24 ounce jar of Ragu Traditional Sauce
(additional spices like garlic, oregano, basil may be added to taste)
slice zuchinni into slices
spray an 8x8 cassarole dish
place 1 cup of sauce in the bottom of the dish
place a single layer of zuchinni in the bottom, then place cheese mixture on top, and layer like you would a lasagna alternating cheese, zuchinni, and sauce.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins
