Chicken Breasts

Introduction

This isn't so much a recipe as the nutritional information for how I tend to make chicken. This isn't so much a recipe as the nutritional information for how I tend to make chicken.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Kirkland frozen Chicken Breast, 4 oz (remove)
    Canned Diced Tomatos, 1 cup (remove)
    Tomato juice from can to marinate
    Onion, cut in large chunks
    Various spices to taste
    minced garlic

Directions

If time allows, marinade chicken breasts in tomato juice, spices and garlic. Otherwise, pour the juice over chicken in pan and flip halfway through the cooking process. I cook in the toaster oven for 16 to 20 minutes on "broil" setting.
