Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    *1/2 cup quinoa, dry
    *1 cup water
    *1 cup red kidney beans
    *1/3 cup tomato paste
    *1 tsp garlic powder
    *1 tsp Italian seasoning
    *5-10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
    *1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
    *1/2 tsp salt

Directions

1. Preheat over to 350F. Bring water to boil. Add quinoa and cook until all the water is asborbed.
2. Smash kidney beans with fork (or use food processor).
3. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
4. Using hands form 20 balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes (flipping halfway through). Enjoy!!
