Overnight Chicken

Introduction

Ridiculously easy and yummy. Not for those watching salt intake. Ridiculously easy and yummy. Not for those watching salt intake.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup honey
    1/3 cup Dijon mustard
    1 Tablespoon curry powder
    4 Tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
    4 chicken breasts
    dash of salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in zip lock bag. Add chicken and marinate overnight.

The next day pour chicken and marinade into baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Uncover chicken and baste. Cook another 10 -15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 breasts
