Submitted by: SOOKIE

Introduction

I've tried a few crockpot oatmeal recipe from the site here, but they've always burned. I found one on online and found the timing to be perfect (give or take a few minutes). I've tweeked a bit, but kept the timing the same. I've tried a few crockpot oatmeal recipe from the site here, but they've always burned. 1/4 c wheat berries
1-1/4 c 100% apple juice (no sugar added)
    3 c water
    1/2 ts kosher salt

Directions

1. Using a 3 quart crock-pot, spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place all ingredients in crock-pot (or slow cooker).
3. Cook on low, stirring half way through.
4. Eat while still warm, adding your favorites.
5. or
6. Separate in 4 containers for a quick breakfast on the go. When reheating in the microwave, add a bit of water and heat for approximately 2-3 minutes at 50% power.

I like to add my favorites in after reheating so that they are not mushy.

Enjoy!
