Introduction

Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large
    1 slice ham cut in half
    *Bib Lettuce, 2 leaf, large
    Sour Cream, .25 cup
    *Cheese (Velveta slice), 1 serving
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
    *Lemon Juice 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Combine sour cream, cheese, dijon mustard, lemon juice pepper, garlic & onion powder in sauce pan simmer then remove from heat.

Slice the tomatoes (4) thick slices. remaining tomotoe cube it for garnish. Take two leaves of bibb lettuce arrange them on the plate, then place the thick slices of the tomatoes above the lettuce.

In pan -spray with pam and make sunny side egg or poach it and micro wave the ham til warm. Place the half slice of ham over the lettuce and tomatoe and then once the egg is cooked place it over the ham. Then top it with the sauce and garnish with remaining tomato cubes.. Delish!
