1 red apple
.25 cup chunky peanut butter
1 Tbsp honey
3 whole graham crackers
Place in single layer in microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
In small bowl, combine peanut butter, honey and cinnamon.
Place 2 apple pieces on cracker square and peanut butter mixture on other half. Put together.
Serving Size: makes 3 servings
