Introduction

When your pressed for time or if you have all day this works When your pressed for time or if you have all day this works
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2c Whole wheat flour
    2T Wheat Germ
    1.5c Buttermilk
    2 Egg
    1t Baking Powder
    1t Baking Soda

Directions

you could either just mix all of the ingredients together at once or if you like you pancakes extra fluffy sift the flour and mix with all ingredients but egg and separate the egg whites (add yolks to the flour mixture) fluff the egg whites with honey until your at medium peaks then fold into the other ingredients. If done this way the pancakes actually taste like mini cakes (yum!)
Feel free to add some rose water for a daintier taste or some cinnamon for a bit of a heartier taste (or whatever flavoring you like but it taste delicious plain)

Serving Size: makes 6 serv of 4 silver dollar pancakes
